Where we deliver

We currently deliver retail orders within Australia from Melbourne, Victoria. For wholesale, business or unusually large orders, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm freight and delivery arrangements.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated by total parcel weight and the service selected at checkout. Our current retail rates for parcels up to 5 kg are:

The final available services and charge are shown before payment. Packaging, product dimensions, carrier requirements and delivery destination may affect the parcel weight or service available.

Processing and delivery estimates

We aim to prepare orders promptly after payment is confirmed. The delivery times shown above are estimates after dispatch and do not include order processing time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of carrier networks, peak periods, public holidays, weather, remote destinations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and delivery details

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Large or business orders

The online checkout is intended for ordinary retail orders up to 5 kg. If your cart is over 5 kg, or if you are ordering for a retailer or business, please contact us for a freight quote rather than splitting the order into multiple checkouts.

Missing, delayed or damaged deliveries

If tracking appears delayed, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us at aitechnest.au@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos where applicable. We will review the issue and work with the carrier. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
